Hilary Duff was born on September 28, 1987 in Houston, Texas, U.S. Hilar is an American actress. Her nickname is Hil. She always wanted to take acting and singing as her career. Hilary Duff made her screen debut in the 1997 mini-series True Women, which also featured Haylie.
